Mikhail Alenkin, Managing partner at ArcosJet, arrived at the International airport “Tashkent” on an official visit, hosted by the national carrier Uzbekistan Havo Yullari. Such visit became feasible due to many efforts of the President, Shavkat Mirziev, to start the development of business aviation in Uzbekistan. In order to accommodate such flights it has been decided to build new airport infrastructure at Tashkent-Vostochniy airport.

Bombardier Business Aircraft representatives, who have strong ties with ArcosJet, also attended. During the visit Uzbek colleagues were given a presentation and a demo-flight on board Global 6000.

This event highlights the ever-increasing need for the development of business aviation in Uzbekistan.
